The paint treatment is the same for the floor, the platforms, and the monoliths.

1. These can be mixed or purchased. With Sherwin Williams, you can use these colors:SW 6096 Jute BrownSW 6093 Familiar BeigeSW 7105 Paperwhite
2. I recommend base-coating with the middle color, and rolling in the darker color while the base is still wet. You don’t need a lot; you are just adding some texture. Try to avoid hard,visible edges.

4. Apply the light color by rag-rolling. You could dab a little with big brushes, too. Emulate what is shown here.
5. Finally, use a large brush to add some veins. Dilute the paint with some clear Polycrylic, or white glue, or just water, so that it becomes a little transparent. Turn your brush regularly as you paint, make these broad marble veins. They should not be spread evenly. They should come and go a little haphazardly.
