Rental media is available quickly after payment is complete. This allows you to make choices in your staging and other scenery in response to what the media can do. Please provide the dates of the production and the name of the presenting institution. The standard agreement assumes the show will be presented with audience for no more than three weeks in one venue. You may rehearse with media for longer if you like. For most media, you are welcome to edit or rearrange things to suit your needs. There are often elements that can be added or rearranged by your choice. Instructions and cuing guides are included.
This is rental projection media for The Addams Family. It provides solutions for many scenic requirements in the show.
There are lots of different ways to produce this show. Some companies might need media solutions for scenery that other companies do not. One school might build something that another school would like to have included in the projections.
This media comes with two parts. One part is a library of elements that you can use to arrange your own compositions. There are full-screen backgrounds that are static and animated. Many of them are intended to be building blocks. There are elements with transparent backgrounds that you can add to scenes as much as you like. These includes windows, drapes, shadows, trees, lampposts, and more. Some of these elements are animated as well. There is a lightning bolt for Gomez to dodge, and an animated Moon.
In addition to the media library, there is a full media set ready to use for a show. It includes animated elements like bats, moving gates, and swinging chandeliers. There are complete sequences for The Moon and Me and for Fester’s jet pack sequence.
This media uses PowerPoint, so it runs well on Mac or PC using software that most people already have. There are explanations in the notes on how the media might be used or modified. Many of the slides have elements that can be moved, deleted, or replaced from the library.
The media comes with a PDF file that shows where all of the cues go. It includes simple guidance on how to best use PowerPoint for a show. It also includes links to tutorials on lighting for projections as well as demonstrations on how some of the media can be integrated with choreography.
This package was built to be adaptable, customizable, and easy to use. It can integrate well with any amount of physical scenery. I hope it can be useful to you.
